Only two more days until my first doctors appointment. YAY! I can't tell you how badly I hate waiting, especially since I'm one of the lucky people who find out right at 4 weeks (3.5 this time) that they are pregnant. That is a looooong 6 weeks to wait!
I haven't been good at keeping this thing updated, partially because I have no readers. We haven't spilled the beans to anyone just yet. I'm the paranoid type and want to make sure everything looks A-OK on the ultrasound before I start spreading the news, and let's be honest...I'm really not a huge fan of all the attention during pregnancy. By the time 40 weeks rolls around I'm loathe the question "How are you feeling"? I know that people mean well and it doesn't really bother me coming from friends and family. I have some co-workers that will ask me that and only that. No "Hi Denise" or anything like that...just "how are you feeling" and then they walk away. Gotta love it.
Speaking of how I'm feeling. Not much has changed. Still no sickness but I swear to you that the tiredness just keeps getting worse. Poor Matt. We usually put Gavin down to sleep around 8:00-8:30 and I'm usually asleep on the couch around the same time. Once my head hits the pillow I simply cannot stay awake. It's like I have absoutely no control over it. So, needless to say, I'm looking forward to the tiredness to wear off one of these days. :o)
By the way...our floaty baby now has arms & legs!! Woohoo!
