I had a follow-up appointment today after the little incident last week. My regular doctor was at a funeral so I had to see someone else. She did an ultrasound and both the babies look perfect! They are both measuring 20 weeks, 3 days and they are weighing in at 11 and 12 ounces so I already have about 2 pounds worth of babies inside. Crazy, huh? Both were head down and being super cooperative (so the doctor says). I have also noticed a lot more movement in the last day or so, which has been fun. Even Matt was able to feel a kick yesterday, which has seemed to elude him up until now. They seem to sense when it's someone else touching my belly and completely shy away.
So far I am still feeling pretty good, besides the fact that I can't seem to get over this cold that I have had for the past 2 weeks. I think I might have strep throat so I'm trying to get an appointment with my regular doc tomorrow to see what's up. Pregnancy wise, I feel fine with the exception of some back pain and numbness in my upper right abdomen. I'm hoping the next few months continue as well as the first half has and hope to avoid bed rest if at all possible. :)
